Landowners must work together to safeguard their property rights now and forever.

Our Mission

Our mission

The Florida Landowners Association empowers landowners, throughout the State of Florida, to engage, educate and demonstrate to the public why protecting landownership rights is so important to not only the individual landowner but to the communities in which these lands exist.

Landownership is an intrinsic part of American society and has been for hundreds of years. It’s so critical to our Country’s foundation that our forefathers made sure to protect the right to private property when they created the Constitution.

In the state of Florida today, this vested right is in danger and under attack. To prevent further erosion of this fundamental principle of our Republic it is time to protect and preserve land ownership for future generations to come.

Private property rights are essential to economic development in our communities and paramount to the advancement of the state.

Likeminded, Landowners must work together to safeguard their property rights now and forever.
